Better in smaller increments.
Three millimetres is enough to feel, but small enough to keep the silhouette unchanged.
OUR STORY
CAEL began with a familiar frustration: a belt that was always one hole too tight or one hole too loose.
EST. 2026
A belt should be one of the simplest things you own. Traditional holes make it strangely approximate.
CAEL began with the space between two notches: one too tight, the next too loose. We saw an everyday object that could feel better, look cleaner and ask less of the person wearing it.
So we started again with the fit, then built around full-grain leather, high-quality buckles and a hidden nylon micro-adjustable track instead of a plastic one.
WHY CAEL
Our name is carried in the details rather than stamped across the room. A nylon track replaces the holes. Three-millimetre clicks replace the compromise. A generous full-grain leather strap is cut once, then belongs to its wearer.
The result is considered rather than complicated: clean leather, restrained hardware and an adjustment system that disappears into the object.
Three principles guide the collection, from the first sketch to the last edge.
Three millimetres is enough to feel, but small enough to keep the silhouette unchanged.
We use full-grain pebbled leather, a high-quality buckle and a nylon adjustable track, not plastic.
A familiar form refined for repeat wear, backed by a twelve-month warranty.
“A belt should adjust to the day, not ask the day to adjust around it.”
THE CAEL IDEA
FROM MORNING TO LAST CALL
CAEL belongs with the pieces you reach for without thinking: dependable, considered and ready to change by a few millimetres when you are.
