Returns, exchanges and refunds

CAEL does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Free first exchange

We offer one free first exchange per order for size or fit. This is an exchange and not a return for refund. Please contact us at hello@caelbelts.com before sending your item so we can approve the exchange and provide return instructions.

Approved exchange returns should be sent to: CAEL, PO Box 88, Heidelberg VIC 3084, Australia. Please do not send an item before contacting us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact hello@caelbelts.com with your order number and details. We will provide a remedy as required by the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. We will cover reasonable return costs where required.

12-month warranty

CAEL products include a 12-month warranty against defects from the date of purchase. This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantee rights may continue beyond the warranty period.
